Glorious Bond (project name)

Aluminium panel with limited environmental impact, Corkalu and Glassalu are out patented products.

The offers of aluminium panels available in the market are based on polyethylene or cement fibres.

Polyethylene is burning, despite the fire retardant additives, fibre cement is heavy. None of them are really recyclable.

In order to change the product, we looked for:

  • Natural product,
  • Fire resistant,
  • Having a positive impact on the environment,

Last but not least, we worked on a cost in line with market prices.

Our core product is based from mother nature elements.

The product is 100% recyclable after the dismantling of the panel.

The base product can also be supplied from scrap (post consumer scrap).

A 6 mm panel will have a weight lower than 4 kg/sqm

Fire resistant, as such, the product is resistant to heat, above 100°C,

It doesn’t burn, once combustion starts, there is no leakage.

Preliminary test are showing an M1 level in the fire test M classification

Versus polyethylene or cement with an high carbon footprint, our core is having an opposite impact.

The production of the core is based on a material which is is capturing CO².

** Glorious is the development brand name, a specific branding policy is in place for the commercial stage.
